DHA Multan warns defaulting members of plot cancellation; issues final notice

Originally set for October 31, 2023, the deadline for payment was extended to November 20, 2023, providing members with additional time to fulfill their obligations. However, the repercussions for non-compliance are now in effect, particularly for Phase-I members with plots in Sectors M, Q, and R. Effective December 1, 2023, DHA Multan has officially cancelled plots belonging to defaulting members in these specified sectors.

The following are the details:

Nature of Default Cancellation Type
Cost of Plot Cancellation of Plot
Development Charges Cancellation of 1st Location Ballot Result (General Ballot 2017 & OL category only)

Those who are impacted, however, have a window of opportunity as the cancelation can be reinstated, but only through December 31, 2023. This deadline cannot be extended and must be met in full in order to avoid penalties. All past-due payments must also be settled, including any relevant surcharges. Furthermore, it is planned to release the cancelation policy for members in default in the remaining sectors soon.
