How to Apply for DHA Lahore Phase 10 Booking (2026 Guide)
The wait for the most anticipated real estate project in Lahore is over. DHA Lahore Phase 10 (Phase X) has officially opened its booking window for 2026, offering residential and commercial plots on an attractive 4-year installment plan.
If you are looking to secure a future in one of Pakistan’s most prestigious housing societies, follow this step-by-step guide to ensure your application is submitted correctly before the January deadline.
Important Schedule & Deadlines
  • Forms Available From: December 25, 2025.
  • Application Submission Deadline: January 20, 2026.
  • Official Ballot Date: February 5, 2026.
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
Official application forms are available at designated branches of authorized banking partners. You can visit any of the following to collect your form:
  • Askari Bank
  • Habib Bank Limited (HBL)
  • MCB Bank
  • Bank Alfalah
  • Meezan Bank.
Step 2: Choose Your Plot Category
DHA Phase 10 offers a variety of sizes to suit different investment needs. Decide on your preferred category before filling out the form:
  • Residential: 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal.
  • Commercial: 4 Marla and 8 Marla.
Step 3: Prepare Required Documentation
To complete your application, you will typically need:
  • Original and copies of your CNIC/NICOP.
  • Passport-sized photographs.
  • Overseas Pakistanis: May apply through designated bank portals or authorized representatives with necessary proof of residency.
Step 4: Payment of Processing Fee
Submit the non-refundable processing fee along with your form. This fee varies by plot size (e.g., 5 Marla processing fee is approximately PKR 5,000).
  • Note: All payments must be made via Pay Order in favor of “DHA Lahore”. Cash is not accepted for these official transactions.
Step 5: Submit and Confirm
Return the completed form to the authorized bank branch. Ensure you receive a stamped receipt or acknowledgment slip. This receipt is your proof of entry into the ballot scheduled for February 5, 2026.
What Happens After the Ballot?
If you are successful in the ballot, you must pay a 10% down payment to confirm your booking. The remaining 90% balance is payable over 4 years in quarterly installments.
